We ship orders within 1-2 business days.  Domestic shipping generally takes about 5 business days, but may be subject to change based on holidays, weather, etc. We ship UPS ground or USPS depending on the size and weight of the product. Budding Athlete is not responsible for any address entered incorrectly by the customer.
